At Panoptic Scans, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected, and we want to ensure that our customers have a hassle-free refund process if needed.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a full refund of your subscription fee within 7 days of your subscription date. To request a refund, simply contact our customer support team and we will process your refund promptly.
Please note that after 7 days of your subscription date, we are unable to offer any refunds. Also, we are unable to provide refunds for any add-on or additional services purchased outside of your initial subscription.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we believe that the customer is abusing our refund policy or misusing our service. We also reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time without prior notice.
